Timing isn't on Skype's side

Now that everybody is seriously giving a thought to eBay buying Skype for up to $5 bn, there is an interesting twist on the Chinese VoIP market. If eBay is about to prove some pretty good sense of timing, the recent TOM Online deal does not. That is, if China Telecom is really going to block VoIP traffic.
